1. Terms and Conditions

• All listed prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Completing an order through the website constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the e-commerce regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• An electronic tax invoice is issued for every confirmed order.
• The store reserves the right to verify an order by phone or WhatsApp before fulfillment, and to cancel any order whose payment has not been completed, with notice to the customer.
• Wholesale products (rolls) are subject to special prices and tiers, as confirmed in the official quotation.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

• The customer may request the return of unused rolls in their original condition and unopened original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
• Manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty declared for each product (up to 10 years for clear and black films, and 7 years for colored films) — the defective product is replaced at no cost to the customer.
• For returns not due to a defect, the customer bears the shipping fees, and the amount is refunded to the same payment method within 7–14 working days of receiving and inspecting the product.
• Services performed at the center cannot be returned once performed; their declared warranty applies from the installation date.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Shipping within Saudi Arabia is handled by approved carriers (Aramex and others) within 1–5 working days of payment confirmation.
• Shipping costs are determined and coordinated with the customer after order confirmation and before fulfillment, based on destination and weight.
• Free pickup is available from JU Riyadh Center — Al-Yarmouk district.
• For orders outside Saudi Arabia (Gulf countries), shipping costs and procedures are coordinated before fulfillment.

4. Privacy Policy

• We collect only the data required to fulfill the order (name, mobile number, address, email) and do not share it with any party except for shipping and payment collection purposes.
• Card payments are processed through secure, certified and encrypted payment gateways, and we do not store card numbers on our systems under any circumstances.
• You may request access to, or deletion of, your data via info@ju1.co.
• The website and all transactions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the courts of Riyadh.
