We route the camera cable behind the headliner and pillar trims to the power source, so no cable hangs in the cabin. To record while the car is parked you need a camera that supports parking monitoring, hardwired to the fuse box or connected through the OBD port.

Will the cable be visible after installation?
No. We route the cable hidden behind the headliner and pillar trims to the power source.
What is the difference between USB, fuse and OBD power?
USB takes power from the lighter socket or a car port and usually works while the car is on. Fuse is a direct connection to the car's power and enables parking monitoring. OBD connects through the diagnostic port.
What is the dash cam warranty, and how do I claim it?
A 24-month warranty on the camera from the purchase date. To claim it, open a ticket on the support page or email warranty@ju1.co with your invoice number or the camera serial number.
Is a memory card included?
It depends on the model; for some cameras the memory card is sold separately, and we confirm this when you book.
