How does the JU electronic warranty work?
After installation at JU Riyadh Center, the warranty is activated in your name with an electronic certificate carrying a unique number and QR code, the car, service, roll number and end date. You or any later buyer can verify it at any time on juservice.pro/verify. Films carry up to 10 years depending on the film; dash cams 24 months.

How the warranty is issued
Installation
We install the film and record the roll number used on your car.
Activation in your name
We register your name, the car details and the installation date.
Certificate
An electronic certificate is issued with a unique number and QR code and sent to you on WhatsApp.
Verification
Enter the certificate number or scan the code on juservice.pro/verify at any time.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the film during its term — such as cracking, peeling or discoloration — and the full coverage and exclusions are written on your certificate. The dash cam warranty covers the camera itself and is proven by the invoice.
