We ship internationally from Riyadh by express air (DHL / FedEx / Aramex), pallets by sea freight, and Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain are served by tracked international shipping with an official waybill. The shipping method, cost and schedule are coordinated after order confirmation and fixed in your quote.
Which currency are GCC orders priced in?
Published prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) including 15% VAT, and the supply page can display them in US dollars at a fixed 1 USD = 3.75 SAR. The price, shipping and documents are confirmed in the official quote before any payment.
How long does a shipment to my country take?
The delivery schedule is set after order confirmation according to the country, shipping method and quantity, and it is stated in the official quote before any payment.
What export documents do you issue?
An export invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin, on request.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One roll is enough to start, and volume discounts begin at 5% from 5 rolls.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to the company account with an official tax invoice. No payment is requested before you receive the official quote.
Can I become a distributor or exclusive dealer in my country?

Who can order?
Businesses, installation centers and distributors only; a valid business VAT or registration number is required.
How does the warranty work?
Every roll carries a serial number registered in the JU system, and the electronic warranty is activated in the end customer’s name after installation: 10 years for clear and black films and 7 years for other colors, from the installation date. Certificates can be verified at https://www.juservice.pro/verify.
